Hilton Towers in Old Square. Being close to the Old Town Square this was the hub of all activity. The hotel is an old castle, which was modified with modern facilities. It had a royal feel.

We visited a lot of street cafés, which served goulash—a traditional dish. This is a mutton stew with potatoes and vegetables, eaten with crisp bread. There was also this restaurant which was attached to an old castle. It’s a tourist attraction. You go there by a tram. From the top of the restaurant you get a panoramic view of Prague.

Old Town Square. Though they have designer shops for shoes and clothes, I didn’t do mad shopping this time. I went sight seeing.

It’s a blend of history and religion with a contemporary feel. The club culture is strong and many old churches and underground cellars have been converted into clubs.
